A New Year, A New You!  2008

Interested in learning how to make 2008 your best fitness & health year yet?  Sign up for an 8 week course in fitness, nutrition & health. 

« Course Starts January 29th
-       Days: Tuesday’s (may add on a Thursday group if there is enough interest)
-       Time: 5:15 – 6:15
-       Place: Marysville – (north end off of State by Albertsons)
-       Cost: $80 ($10 per session) if paid in full
o     $20 per session if you pick & chose
-       Number of Participants: there is a maximum number so reserve your place today!
-       Topics: Each week is a new topic
o     1) Nutrition
o     2) Exercise
o     3) How to Lose Weight & Keep it Off!
o     4) Destressing (it really counts when trying to lose weight and/or be healthy)
o     5) Recipe makeovers – you don’t have to give up what you love!
o     6) Planning your Day – how to fit in what MUST be fit in!
o     7) Working the Grocery Store – do you know that your shopping trips could make you fatter?
o     The Extras: Vitamins/Minerals/Supplements

-       Binder – you will get a binder & handouts with each session so you can always have this knowledge with you! 

-       Bonus Session:  Your at Home Workout & Nutrition Plan
o     $15 per person (if prepaid for 8 week session - $25 if non-8 week participant)
o     Date: Saturday TBA
o     Time: 9:30 am – 11:00 am
