PRICE LIST OF SERVICES OFFERED: New price structure for Fall of 2009
Online Workouts for General Fitness (non-taylored):
If you would like to log in to the workouts page, send me an email with your goals & I will connect you to the right workout.  You can choose to pay by the month = $20, 6 months = $90 (save $30), or a full year = $160 (save $80)
 PHONE CONSULTATION:
* 45 minute consult (includes discussion of goals, current health/fitness status, activity level, nutrition, and program design): $30
* 45 minute consult with email: $45
IN PERSON CONSULATION:
* 1.5 hours: (includes discussion of goals, current health/fitness status, activity level, nutrition, one workout, fitness program outline): $60 (email sent with goals, fitness plan of action and one customized workout)
NUTRITION:
* Nutrition consultation through email (includes 5-7 day food diary analysis, goal review & nutrition ideas): $30 (with 45 minute phone consult total = $50, with phone consult & email = $60)
* 2 day meal plan through email (plus nutrition consult): $50
* 5 day meal plan: $100
* 1 week meal plan: $145
* Shopping list with meal plan: $30
* Fridge & Cabinet review (find out what is hurting or helping you in reaching your goals) = $40
* Grocery Shopping Field Trip (learn how to really shop for the right foods) = $40
WORKOUTS:
* Private training sessions: $35
* Group training sessions: $5-15 per person (cost depends on the number of participants - more participants = lower $)
       - clients pay at the beginning of the month in full
* Online TAILORED training sessions: (includes nutrition tips each month)
- 3 days per week = $48/MONTH
- 4 days per week = $60/MONTH
- 5 days per week = $72/MONTH
- 6 days per week = $80/MONTH
* Online training sessions: (includes nutrition tips each month) (if a group of 5 or more sign up, then the cost is $10/month/person for a 5 day workout)
- 3 days per week = $15/MONTH
- 4 days per week = $18/MONTH
- 5 days per week = $20/MONTH
- 6 days per week = $25/MONTH

* Yoga program (includes 3 one-on-one sessions & 2 take home workouts) = $160
* Group yoga class (3 -5 individuals) = $30/person
* Pilates program (includes 3 one-on-one sessions & a take home 1 hour workout) = $150
* Group pilates class (3-5 individuals) = $30/person
BODY MEASUREMENTS/GOAL SETTING:
* Measurements & photos = $30
* Measurements, photos & goal setting = $50
* Program Design (includes measurements, photos, goal setting, and 3 workouts) = $80
